Crunchy Maple Cinnamon Granola



I make this granola recipe in big batches and top on my smoothie bowls, chia pudding, or pretty much just eat as is. It's so easy to make, and it's also so much cheaper than purchasing ready-made ones--especially good quality, vegan ones.

I cooked these in the oven toaster (take note, I used an over toaster..) for 15-20 minutes and they turned out so crisp. I store them in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for weeks at a time.


Crunchy Maple Cinnamon Granola

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup mixed nuts and dried fruit

  1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Pour in sweetener and make sure everything is well coated.

  3. On a lined baking sheet, bake the mixture for 30 minutes at 150C until oats are golden brown.

  4. Mix the oats 15 minutes through baking for even cooking.Let cool before putting into a jar/container.
